“We’ve sent our two children to Little Haven and we couldn’t be happier. It is a lovely safe environment with an incredible outdoor space. The staff are professional as well as being kind and nurturing. Days are full of wonderful learning & development activities and there is a real emphasis on children being independent, which we love.”

Fernandez-Cunningham Family

“Our daughter started at Little Haven when she was 10 months old and stayed until just before her fourth birthday. The quality of childcare she received throughout was exceptional. Little Haven provides a warm, close knit and homely environment, with healthy home cooked meals. The children take part in an extensive range of activities – including trips to museums, theatres, and libraries, as well as plenty of park visits and physical exercise. We were always kept updated about our daughter’s progress and given advice as to how we could nurture her development at home. We also found the staff to be extremely flexible; for instance, in catering to her dietary requirements, and accommodating early starts. Our daughter was very happy at Little Haven and has made lasting friendships. We would recommend Little Haven without hesitation.”

The Huskinson Family

“Our daughter Betty has a big smile on her face at drop off and pick up every day at Little Haven. The team has been there for her for every special milestone, encouraging her to develop with confidence, strength, and curiosity. It’s a pleasure to know she is so well cared for in a fun, nurturing, and educational environment with such a dynamic and diverse team of practitioners.”

The Bunkall Family

“Our three-year-old has been attending Little Haven since she just turned one and she absolutely adores it. Each morning she wakes up and demands “is it nursery?!” with a hopeful face! She has made some lovely friends – the nursery is just the right size to be caring and homely, but big enough that there are children of similar age. The setting is lovely with a great big garden, and the activities are varied and interesting – I have no idea how they come up with such fun, education, and interesting things for them to do. Before Covid 19 they used to be out and about all the time – park, library, and great trips like when they went to the fire station (she still talks about this over a year later!). Even when this has not been possible, they have still managed to make the day interesting and varied. The team are caring and supportive and “get” that parents have work and other commitments, and they play a role in supporting this, being remarkably flexible. I would not hesitate to recommend the nursery.”

The Kessler Family

“My little sister goes to little haven and she loves it. It is amazing how they can get all the babies and toddlers to do such creative things. She is always bringing home lovely things that she has made or talking about the things she has learned. I just really like how they teach them about the world”

Big Sister Kessler - aged 7

“Our first daughter went to little haven 7 years ago, she had a great experience and transitioned very well into nursery, she learnt so many of her foundation’s skills at Little Haven and always seemed one step ahead which gave us piece of mind. The staff and managers have always been friendly and supportive. Now seven years later our 20-month-old started Little Haven almost one year ago, we would not have considered sending him anywhere else. Although he struggled to settled in at first, the staff made it as stress free as possible. The new setting is amazing and gives the children a lot more exploring space.”

Taylor-Painter Family

“Little Haven is truly a haven! Both our girls went to Little Haven for many years and were extremely happy and content there. Feona, Ade and all the staff are so wonderful and really nurture the children. We always felt our girls were in the best hands there and really thrived!”
